Rendering Of Stratus Centre Planned For Newmarket

The Oskar Group has announced plans for the Stratus Centre, a 94K SF Class-A office and retail project in Newmarket.

The mixed-use building at 514 Davis Drive along Newmarket’s business corridor will feature a sustainable design, including rooftop solar array and ground-source geothermal heating and cooling.

The project hopes to take advantage of the new vivaNext Rapid Transit and proposed GO station near the site. The project is also minutes from Highway 404.

“This is an exciting day for Newmarket, with the announcement of Stratus Centre, a new model concept, which will attract excellent jobs in the town of Newmarket,” Mayor Tony Van Bynen said at the launch.
