The deal still needs to formally close, but Crestpoint Real Estate Investments is close to acquiring four Class-A industrial buildings and four prime retail properties in Mississauga and the GTA, totaling 428k SF with 100% occupancy. Crestpoint is a commercial real estate investment manager with industrial, retail and office properties across Canada at 2.6M SF, valued at over $300M.(Above is the 248k SF office building at 111 Peter St in Toronto.
