Ajax Downtown Development Hits Rental Market

A rental office will open June 12 for the first phase of Vision at Pat Bayly Square in Ajax, a massive, mixed-use downtown development.

The project, which will eventually include six buildings ranging from nine to 25 storeys, is being billed as the largest development in Durham County history.

At the south-west corner of Bayly Street and Harwood Avenue and adjacent to Ajax’s new downtown square, the project will eventually include 1,743 residential units.

In its first phase, Vision at Pat Bayly Square will have two multi-use towers composed of 580 residential units. It will also feature 43K SF of commercial and retail space along Bayly Street and around the square.
