What do a healthcare outfit, a bank and a cruise line all have in common? Each has leased office space at Cypress Executive Center in Fort Lauderdale.

Cushman & Wakefield's John Criddle and Joseph Freitas have inked a combined 83k SF of deals at the six-story, 141k SF Class-A building at 1901 West Cypress Road, including Delphi Behavioral Health Group, Wells Fargo Bank and Royal Seas Cruise Lines.

On top of that, both Whiting-Turner Contracting Co and Humana Medical renewed their leases in recent weeks. Cypress Executive Center was purchased by ICM Realty Group last year.
