Office Developer Costs Skyrocketing

The speakers at NAIOP's recent "Office Trends" panel discussion at SunTrust International Center weighed in on the economic constraints to new office development of high land and construction costs across South Florida, despite rising demand and falling vacancy. They also predicted increased demand for highly flexible workspaces that are able to accommodate more employees and denser parking ratios.
