Sabadell Financial Center, Telemundo Lead Miami's Top Office Sales Of 2018

Miami was so close to breaking the quarter-billion-dollar mark with an office tower sale last year, but hey, $248.5M is nothing to sneeze at.

That was just one of two deals over $200M, according to CommercialCafé in its roundup of the city's biggest office deals of 2018.

In that top spot, Sabadell Financial Center in Brickell traded hands for $248.5M when PGIM Real Estate sold it to KKR and Parkway Properties. While it was big for Miami, it was shy of being counted as one of the 50 most expensive deals in the country last year.

Telemundo Center, a new, state-of-the-art TV studio and office building in west Miami-Dade County, came in a close second for priciest Miami office deals, selling for $239M from Comcast to AVR Realty.

From there, however, it was a nearly $100M drop to third place, with Crocker Partners selling the downtown SunTrust International Center to PCCP for $127M.
