A Fort Lauderdale office complex is getting a taste of Hollywood.

Stockbridge Capital Group has sold Cypress Park West, a two-building, 226k SF office complex, for $43M to Hollywood-based Naya USA Investment & Management. The two buildings at 6700 and 6750 North Andrews Ave in the Cypress Creek office submarket are anchored by Microsoft's Latin American HQ.

Other tenants there include Regus, Spring, MSC Cruises and Southern Auto Finance Co. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Ike Ojala, Hermen Rodriguez and Jorge Portela brokered the sale.
