Broward's Strong Summer

Miami isn’t the only boat rising with the rising tide of the regional economy. Summer leasing activity was unusually brisk this year in Broward, T&M director of leasing Donna Korn tells us. Among other deals in Q3, Donna (center) and colleagues Lisa Capozzi and Jennifer Gemma repped MetLife in a parade of leases, including nearly 22kS SF leased at Huntington Centre and 11k SF square feet at Miramar Centre in Miramar, plus 3,800 SF at Venture Corporate Center in Hollywood.
