NYC Investors Sell Office Holdings in Wellington

Vectra Management Group has sold off its Wellington Corporate Center portfolio for nearly $10M.

The NYC-based firm sold 1200, 1300 and 1500 Corporate Center Way, encompassing more than 46k SF of office space that is completely filled, to two separate buyers, with the 13,600 SF 1200 Corporate Center Way going to a user, and the other two buildings to an unnamed investor. Avison Young's John K. Crotty and Alan Sperling brokered the sale.
