Sabbia Beach Party

Snapped: Grupo Fernandez head Federico Fernandez, Patti Stanger of Bravo TV’s The Millionaire Matchmaker and Gabriela Fernandez, at the launch party for Sabbia Beach, a 60-unit luxe condo development that will rise in Pompano Beach. Fernbrook Florida, a JV of the Venezuelan conglomerate Grupo Fernandez and Fernbrook Homes of Ontario, will break ground next year on the project, which is more than 45% reserved.
