Sandor Scher Talks Ocean Terrace's 'DNA'

With approvals under his belt, Claro Development's Sandor Scher is readying a design that will look to extract the DNA from Ocean Terrace, as he'll detail as a featured panelist next week during our Adaptive Reuse and Repositioning Revolution event. For Ocean Terrace, Sandor received a new overlay district that will allow him to redevelop a mixed-use historic district on Miami Beach into the modern world. “It's the ingrained DNA of Miami Beach, which is an amazing oceanfront community that has a really wonderful vibrant retail aspect to it that serves the entire community,” Sandor says. “Ideally, we'd love to break ground at the end of 2017.”

Hear more from Sandor along with Colliers International's Mika Mattingly, The Barlington Group's Bill Fuller, The Mana Group's Eugene Lemay, Metro 1's Tony Cho and Goldman Properties' Joseph Furst at our Adaptive Reuse and Repositioning Revolution event 7:30am, Tuesday, Aug. 16, at the InterContinental Miami.
