Fresh off brokering the sale of 660 Market (snapped this morning) from Union Property Capital and Heitman to Sun Life Assurance, Colliers investment sales guru Tim Maas tells us the "million-dollar question is, how far can pricing push going forward?" Cap rates are at historic lows, and, it's unclear when the market will reach a tipping point. Joining him on the deal were colleagues Tony Crossley and Erik Hanson.
