Dezer Development and Porsche Design Group broke ground recently on Porsche Design Tower Miami, a 60-story tower in Sunny Isles Beach with 132 residences, about half of which are sold. Dezer Development prez Gil Dezer tells us thatas par for the course these days in Miami-Dadethe pool of buyers has been international. The development has received interest and buyers mostly from South and Central America, and even some from the US, Gil adds. Russians are interested as well. (Probably since US real estate beats a Cypriot bank account any day of the week, and twice on Sundays.) Among other amenities, Porsche Design Tower Miami sports an automobile lift system (elevator, that is), which will allow owners to park their vehicles in sky garages directly next to their units. First pioneered by Q for James Bonds Aston Martins, auto lift system technology is increasingly popular commons not quite the termin upper-end multifamily residential properties.
