Tony (third from left, with The Ben-Dor Group’s Arie Ben-Dor, Sklar Realty Group’s Lydia Sklar, Sholom & Zuckerbrot’s Frank Zuckerbrot, Chelsea Capital’s Daniel Shahrabani, Hofheimer Gartlir & Gross’ Jerry Morganstern, and Zlokower Co.’s Harry Zlokower), says what attracts him to an area is its history, potential, financial viability, and whether it gives him the passion to see development through to completion.
