Multifamily Madness

Is Seattle’s multifamily market as robust as it seems? What are the biggest projects coming down the pike? The key players? What are the sources and terms of financing? Where are the opportunities for you? Answering these questions is why we're excited to host our 4th annual Seattle Multifamily Summit at the Four Seasons Seattle on Wed, Oct 29 at 7:30am.

Pillar Properties SVP Billy Pettit, who will be speaking at the event, says the past few years have been exciting, but it's hard to ignore the pending surge in new supply on the horizon. That said, he explains, the market has shown considerable resiliency, and fundamentals remain strong. Billy’s snapped at the top of The Lyric on Capitol Hill, his firm's 234-unit apartment complex that opened in 2012.

Billy is decidedly optimistic about Pillar Property’s prospects. “We believe that quality will lead to success in the coming years,” he says. The company has seven properties in greater Seattle, including Stadium Place (pictured) and is at work on an as-yet unnamed apartment property in Bellevue slated for an opening in 2015. Find out much more at our Seattle Multifamily Summit, Wed, Oct 29 at 7:30am.
