Red Lion on the Sales Block

For sale: the Red Lion Hotel Bellevue at 11211 Main St. The site’s got it all, Red Lion Hotel prez Greg Mount tells us, and while the hotel’s been a good property, the location will be better for redevelopment into something besides a low-rise hotel, now that Bellevue—and greater Seattle for that matter—are on fire. Red Lion plans to take the windfall and put it toward debt or developing other properties. The company’s very interested in hotel conversions or JVs in the Northwest, he says.
