Hotel Indigo Everett will open this August as part of the 65-acre Waterfront Place development in Fisherman’s Harbor on Port Gardener Bay. The 142-room hotel features 8K SF of indoor meeting and event space and 5K SF of outdoor event space. It will also feature a restaurant geared toward seafood.

The hotel’s flexible event spaces can accommodate large gatherings. The hotel also offers the 79-foot private yacht, Aqua Villa, for groups up to 55. The property will also feature paddleboard rentals, a free ferry to Jetty Island and access to the beach.

“We are thrilled for the upcoming opening of Hotel Indigo,” Port of Everett Executive Director Lisa Lefeber said in a statement. “This historic milestone represents the completion of the first private development at Waterfront Place and a new opportunity at the recreational waterfront, contributing to the Port’s overall vision of creating a vibrant community where people can live, work and play.”

Hotel Indigo Everett is owned by Omar and Christine Lee, who also own Hotel Interurban in Tukwila. It was designed by MZA Architecture and the general contractor is Ferguson Construction. Peak season rates will start at $229 a night.

This is one of three hotels InterContinental Hotel Group is opening before Q2 2020. The other two are in Spokane and Vancouver, Washington.
