Trammell Crow Company, which re-opened its Seattle office a few months ago with development team Mike Nelson, Mark Netherland and Craig Dobbs, announced yesterday it has acquired 1124 Columbia on First Hill, with an eye toward re-entitling a portion of it for multifamily. TCC's first big move will be to revamp the Class-A office building across the way from Swedish Medical Center. CBRE First VP Paul Carr, VP Steve Perovich, and associate Marcus Yamamoto repped TCC and equity partner Washington Capital Management on the purchase from seller Alexandria Real Estate and will lease the medical office portions.
