Over 100 for-sale townhome units from The New Home Co. have hit the market. The developer began pre-opening sales of The Landing West in Fremont and pre-sales at Ellison Park in Milpitas in September. Construction is underway at both of these communities and the developer is beginning sales in advance of the 2018 model home grand openings to meet demands in both neighborhoods.
New Home sold out its first three communities in Silicon Valley. Emerson in Santa Clara and The Landing East offer 33 townhomes each, and Orchard Park in the Berryessa District of San Jose provides 239 homes within a master planned community.
The Landing West is a 25-unit multistory townhome community with floor plans of 1,600 SF to 1,930 SF with up to four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. The homes, designed by Dahlin Group Architecture Planning, start in the low $900Ks.
Ellison Park provides 114 townhomes in the Center Pointe master planned community. The development, designed by JZMK Architects, offers floor plans with 1,877 SF to 2,688 SF with three bedrooms, three full baths and up to two half baths. Select floor plans will have a rooftop deck. Prices start in the low $900Ks. The homes are near two major freeways, light rail and a new BART station will be within walking distance.
