The former racetrack-turned-urban village that's home to over 300 residents, as well as a high school and numerous parks, is 20% complete. At Bay Meadows' Welcome Center, Wilson Meany's Whitney Morris and San Mateo zoning administrator Darcy Forsell gave an overview of the massive project, from Wilson Meany and Stockbridge Capital.

Bay Meadows' Field House is a 108-unit rental community that's still under construction, but hard-hat tours and pre-leasing start Oct. 28. The BDE Architecture-designed space features a pool, an outdoor fireplace, barbecue areas, and fitness center. Model apartments are coming in November.

Wilson Meany recently announced plans to break ground on the 210k SF Station 4 project, one of five HOK Architects-designed office buildings coming to Bay Meadows.
