The former racetrack-turned-urban village that's home to over 300 residents, as well as a high school and numerous parks, is 20% complete. Wilson Meany recently announced plans to break ground on the 210k SF Station 4 project, one of five HOK Architects-designed office buildings coming to Bay Meadows.
