JV Completes 500k SF Advanced Manufacturing Project In San Jose

Trammell Crow and Principal Real Estate Investors just completed construction of MidPoint@237 in San Jose. The 563k SF Class-A advanced manufacturing project spanning three buildings is at the top of Silicon Valley’s Golden Triangle at North 1st Street and Nortech Parkway.

The project features interiors to suit, 28-foot clear heights, significant power, ESFR sprinkler systems and is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. The site is visible to Highway 237 and close to Moffett Park and I-880.

CBRE EVP Rob Shannon and SVP Chip Sutherland are marketing the property. The architect is ARC Tec, and the general contractor is Lusardi Construction.
