TechCrunch's Disrupt 2014 conference wraps up today, and to celebrate last night they threw a big after party at Mission hot spot Public Works. The conference scored some big-name real estate sponsors—including Cushman & Wakefield and Alexandria Real Estate—and huge tenants (Salesforce CEO Mark Benioff was a speaker), showing tech and real estate go hand in hand these days. Apparently so does partying and tech; attendees balanced a beverage in one hand and used the other to scan a white card tied to their email addresses at various iPads on the dance floor to win prizes. Upon entrance, scanning cards on an iPad asking "Are You on the List?" prompted personalized welcome messages blown up on a screen (gone are the days of dropping fake names at the door).
