The 70-story mixed-use tower will include a gray water treatment system, which could save as much as 1.3 million gallons of potable water annually. The $540M project, which will include 67 luxury condos above 435k SF of Class-A office space, will be done in Q4 2016. Its non-potable on-site water system—called the Aquacell G20 Treatment System—will capture, treat and reuse gray water collected from the building’s condominium and/or office showers, laundry and bathroom sinks, reports The Registry.
