Yelp's Next Lease

We got the scoop on the Silicon Valley lease S.F.-based Yelp is likely about to sign (we wonder if their signature is just five stars).

Sources tell us Yelp is seriously eyeing 2100 El Camino Real in Palo Alto for a future office. The three-story, 45k SF building currently under construction is due for delivery about this time next year. The rumor is Yelp is taking two floors inside, according to our source's latest information. Cassidy Turley, which is marketing the building, did not respond to a request for comment. While many Silicon Valley companies are planting flags in the city, Yelp's lease represents the reverse (its HQ is at 140 New Montgomery).
