The Last Beam Has Been Placed At Wareham Development's Emerystation West In Emeryville.
Wareham Development has topped off EmeryStation West, bringing the East Bay’s largest life science development closer to completion. EmeryStation West at 5959 Horton St. in Emeryville will be seven stories tall and offer a two-story parking podium next to the Amtrak station. The building will be ready for tenant improvements Q3 2017. Research, lab and office space will be available.

The 265K SF building will offer transit accommodations to serve Amtrak trains, buses, EmeryGoRound shuttles, taxis, limos, car shares and private cars. An open sky garden will be built on top of the parking podium. EmeryStation West is designed to meet LEED Gold standards by Perkins+Will. Kidder Mathews is repping the landlord.
