Pacific Eagle Lands Largest New Office Tenant In Walnut Creek

Pacific Eagle Holdings announced this week that Stearns Lending LLC will lease more than 17k SF at its 2700 Ygnacio Valley Rd office building, citing the deal as the largest new office tenant to move into Walnut Creek's Shadelands submarket.

Submarkets such as Shadelands are benefiting from the surging Bay Area economy, offering more bargain-priced rents. A new express shuttle to the Pleasant Hill BART stop, and the 2016 opening of The Orchards at Walnut Creek shopping center add to the draw of the site. Stearns Lending will relocate to 2700 Ygnacio (one of two Class-A office buildings in the area) from Concord next month.
