Tarlton Lands Another Healthcare Lease in Menlo Park

CardioKinetix just inked a five-year lease for 14k SF of office and lab space at 1360 O’Brien Dr in Menlo Business Park. The Menlo-based medical device company pioneered a catheter-based treatment for heart failure. This is the second substantial lease in recent memory for landlord Tarlton Properties (here's CEO John Tarlton), which just scored a 31k SF lease by Personalis, a genomics-based clinical diagnostic laboratory. Kidder Mathews repped Tarlton, and JLL repped CardioKinetix.
