Fisher Development's New Office

The company just told us it's moving offices to 601 Cal March 1, leaving its spot at 201 Spear in SoMa. The move to the heart of the Financial District will give the firm a more central spot and the 7k SF space will also allow room to grow. Fisher also has ties to 601, aka the International Building, and is about to start a major reno and modernization to the high-rise.

Fisher's Sydney Fisher Bernier sent us this exclusive shot she took of 388 Fulton this week, a 69-unit condo development landing in Hayes Valley. The company's move follows a couple of other real estate firms changing homes: Veritas, which is headed for 600 Cal, and Nibbi Brothers, which is moving to SoMa.
