First Look: Warriors Arena Office and Retail Complex

Feast your eyes on the preliminary designs for the office and retail component of Warriors Arena. The project is being designed by Pfau Long Architecture, AE3 Partners and Manica Architecture. The complex will include two stories of retail and a large public plaza on the west side, reports the San Francisco Business Times. The Warriors presented the designs last night to the Mission Bay Citizens Advisory Committee. What's still needed: OKs from the city's Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure and the Planning Commission. The 11-story buildings have curved edges to blend in with the round arena and will total 580k SF. [SFBT]
