California Portfolio Scores $300M Refi

S.F.-based investors Seligman Group just refinanced a portfolio consisting of most of their assets throughout California, with $309M from a syndicate of major lenders. Here's one of their properties at 785 Market. Deutsche Bank provided $125M and Citigroup coughed up $66M. An additional $80M came from a Freddie Mac loan originated by Walker & Dunlop, with the remaining $38M coming from a debt fund, reports Commercial Observer. The majority of the loans have 10-year terms. The 23 properties backing the loans sit in S.F., Los Angeles and Orange County. [CO]
