Bisnow Scoop: Media Giant to One Market

Bisnow has learned that CNBC just inked a deal to take half of the 15th floor in the Steuart Tower in One Market. (Or as Jim Kramer would say on Mad Money: "Ahhhhhhhhhh!" [unintelligible] "Ahhhhhh!")

The media giant will lease 8,000 SF inside. The news follows last month's move by Google to take 250k SF in the 42-story Spear Tower, and we hear Google's move-in will occur in the next 12 to 18 months. The 1.6M SF project, undergoing a big lobby renovation, is almost fully leased. Bisnow's office also sits in the Spear Tower. Landlord Paramount, which has been making national headlines for a future IPO, did not respond to a request for comment.
