Bisnow has exclusive updates on the swan song at Candlestick Park: "We expect the stadium to be demolished during the next three months. Weather and other unanticipated events could delay that by a month or so," a rep tells us. If you wanted to step foot inside the stadium one last time to say goodbye, it's too late. Last week, Lennar Urban offered one last opportunity for media access to the inside of the former 49ers Stadium. Say hi to the big mall that will replace Candlestick Park, rendered above, which will become a 500k SF shopping mecca in a JV with Macerich.
