Swinerton's Project Snapshot

We just got the progress report for nearly 1,800 units delivering in the heart of S.F. over the next few years. First up to be completed is 1400 Mission, where the installation of the curtain wall is currently half complete. The 190-unit, 15-story tower containing 245k SF is scheduled for completion in July 2015. At 399 Fremont (pictured), Swinerton is currently pouring concrete on floor 17 out of 44 total stories. The 447-unit project is scheduled for completion in spring 2016. The largest of the three is Trinity Place Phase Three, a 541-unit, 997k SF project. Final touches are being made on the excavation and tie downs to begin coordination of the first of four mat pours. The project is scheduled for completion January 2017.
