Three buildings, which broke ground in 2016, at Transbay Block 8 are expected to deliver spring 2019. Construction is well underway at Related California’s 55-story residential tower that will have a mix of 118 condos and 350 apartments, SocketSite reports. Related California also is working on a 550-unit housing project at 1500 Mission, which recently received over $400M in construction financing.

The OMA-designed tower at First and Folsom in the Transbay District will be ready for occupancy May 2019. About 70 of the apartments will be offered at below-market rates.

Two podium buildings, designed by Fougeron Architecture, will have 80 below-market-rate apartments to be managed by Tenderloin Neighborhood Department Corp. Families earning up to 50% of the area median income will be able to apply. These units will be completed April 2019.

Related California has yet to formally secure a grocery store tenant for the 12,500 SF ground-floor space, but has the option to seek approval to reprogram the space if no lease has been signed 12 months prior to completion.
