| Rick’s not taking it easy in the real estate legal world. Yesterday his client Bay West closed on a piece of property in San Jose to build 297 apartments, and he’s working on four Chase Bank leases in Northern California, to say nothing of moderating our New Development Frontiers program (May 16 at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco). Rick tells us wife Sandy, who’s also a real estate attorney, just started at Parker Shumaker Mills in LA, while daughter Taylor (a junior at Princeton) got a summer job yesterday at the Oprah Winfrey Network, daughter Morgan is taking her LSATs in June, and son Mason works with a limo company that contracts with Uber. |
