A Rendering Of The Proposed Multifamily Building At Parcel C Of Oakland's Brooklyn Basin

Oakland will consider another residential development at Brooklyn Basin. The development at Parcel C would include 241 housing units and 3,500 SF of ground-floor commercial space. The eight-story, 86-foot-tall project, which is being developed by Zarsion America, would have one- and two-bedroom units with private balconies. Parking for 240 cars will be included. The building will be designed by Studio T-SQ.

Brooklyn Basin is a 64-acre site along the Oakland Estuary close to the I-880 freeway. It is expected to include nearly 30 acres of city parks and two marinas.
