Quik Pick Express moved fast on space that opened up in its Oakland 'hood. The third party logistics provider for the West Coast, which just renewed its warehouse lease at 745 85th, added 24k SF across the parking lot (Pacific Steel had moved out). Now it's got 65k SF. Lee & Associates-Oakland's Craig Hagglund repped the tenant, which he says considered moving elsewhere in Oakland or to San Leandro. Established in 1988, Quik Pick Express has grown to be one of the most comprehensive logistics companies serving the air and ocean freight communities. (Better yet: considering what it does, it probably doesn't need to ask you to help it move.)
