Former Cushman & Wakefield General Manager Kelly Lynch has come on as Overton Moore Properties' new general manager of Northern California.

In the company's new role, Lynch will oversee an expanding NorCal presence while assuming responsibility for the company's current holdings in the Bay Area, including Pacific Commons South in Fremont and Morton Commerce Center in Newark.

Lynch's new position comes after tenures at The CIM Group and Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversaw a portfolio of almost 3M SF of commercial property.

Now, Lynch is responsible for project startup, operations and tenant relationships in the region.

Other Overton Moore Properties Bay Area assets include Marina Gateway Industrial Center in San Leandro, which the company leased to food manufacturing company Torani in 2018 on a 15-year term. It also leased up Eureka Landing, one of its Newark properties, to SAS Automotive Systems in 2016 before finishing construction.
