JLL Advises USAA Real Estate Company On 1M SF Distribution Center

2600 Stanford Court

JLL helped USAA sell one of the largest distribution centers in Northern California to JDM Partners. The fully leased 2600 Stanford Court covers 1M SF in Fairfield.

A JLL team lead by managing directors Mark Detmer and Bo Mills and VP Ryan Sitov managed the transaction for USAA.

Mark positioned the asset as an entry point for buyers to enter the “high barrier-to-entry market with a top-quality asset.” The property covers 56 acres and features a 180-foot truck court. It is close to I-80 and I-505 and close to four international airports.
