Xin Mian Pan and Si Zheng Huang just sold a nearly two-acre parcel at 28410 Hesperian Blvd for $1.5M. The buyer, the Bailey Family Trust, plans to develop a mini storage complex, starting construction in the next three months. Lee & Associates' Craig Hagglund and Ryan Martens repped the sellers. The $19.35/SF was a few bucks higher than most comps in the area, Ryan tells us: It's a "good comp for owners."
