Thankfully someone drew this huge red line on the ground, since it helps illustrate where land continues to fly off the shelves in the Bay Area. Xin Mian Pan and Si Zheng Huang just sold a nearly two-acre parcel at 28410 Hesperian Blvd for $1.5M. The buyer, the Bailey Family Trust, plans to develop a mini storage complex, starting construction in the next three months. Lee & Associates' Craig Hagglund and Ryan Martens repped the sellers. The $19.35/SF was a few bucks higher than most comps in the area, Ryan tells us: It's a "good comp for owners."
