DCG Fulfillment, a third-party logistics provider, signed a 306K SF industrial lease in Lathrop, bringing DCG's California footprint to more than 3.7M SF.

The location at 3462 West Yosemite Ave. is a 610K SF industrial warehouse within the Phelan Lathrop Gateway, a multiphase industrial park near the Port of Oakland. The building includes 3,400 SF of offices, parking for 364 automobiles and 130 truck trailers, and a 36-foot clear height.

Newmark Executive Managing Directors Mark KegansRon Washle and Joe Fabian represented DCG Fulfillment in the deal.

“Our team was pleased to complete another successful lease for DCG Fulfillment,” Washle said in a press release. “Lathrop Gateway is a prime location for fulfillment operations, with easy access to multiple transportation nodes across the West Coast.”
