SCS Development is inching closer to finalizing its development plans for a mixed-use community in Dublin, California, SFYimby reported. The 77-acre development, dubbed SCS Dublin, would be a mixture of hotels, apartment homes, shops and restaurants. The city of Dublin is preparing an environmental impact report for the project and accepting public comments through May 2.
