Todd Brings Big Development Ashore

Todd Regonini’s license plate could read “I’d rather be sailing.” (We’d have to check with the DMV.) But luckily, the avid sailor (and chief development officer at Sares Regis Group of Northern California) will instead be a panelist at our San Francisco Construction & Development Summit (March 27 at the Intercontinental San Francisco). With more than 1,400 units under development in the Bay Area, he’ll have plenty to talk about.
As chief development officer, Todd’s responsible for SRGNC’s residential development activities in the Bay Area and also has extensive commercial and land entitlement experience. He tells us SRGNC has apartment communities under construction in Foster City and in Redwood City, including the $40M, 132-unit Township development. The company is ready to begin construction this summer in San Mateo, and is moving through the entitlement process for another project in Los Altos. SRGNC is also working with two different clients to entitle mixed-use communities in Pleasanton, one of them within walking distance to BART. He’s also completing the last portion of Park Lane West, a major residential community in Fremont combining all housing types: townhomes, condos, and apartments. Outside of work, Todd says he’s still a runner but “Being on the water is my greatest escape.” (Here's where you can sign upfor next Tuesday's event.)
