On Thursday we snapped Allen Matkins land use guru David Blackwell, among the experts speaking at the event, who has long followed the economic and political currents near the water. He says it's an historic time for the city: a convergence of huge housing needs, limited office space, heavy development activity, and active citizen involvement.
