Swig, Medley Recap 901 Battery

A historic building on Battery Street is getting recharged. The Swig Co, which bought 901 Battery for $22M atthe close of 2012, has recapitalized its investment by bringing in Medley Partners for a majority equity stake. This is Swig'sfirst duet with Medley, but it likely won't be the last. CEO Jeanne Myerson says the company explored potential partnerships with Medley for several years. (Sort of like Bieber and Pink looking for the right song to do together.) Plans for the 88k SF office property, which an accompanying parking structure at 998 Sansome, include a voluntary seismic upgrade.
