Sares Regis Group of Northern California promoted Joshua Portner to VP of development and construction. Since joining two years ago, he played a key role in managing the Google Bayview project in Mountain View, which includes over 1.1M SF of sustainable office space. Portner previously worked at Webcor Builders for over a decade, where he oversaw development of celeb crashing pads: the $1B hotel and residences at LA Live! in LA.
