Pac Commons Gets New Manager

Catellus sold its 865k SF Pacific Commons Shopping Center in Fremont to Heitman last week, and now there's another new name attached to the project; Vestar was hired by Heitman to handle leasing, property management, and marketing for Northern California's largest power center. It sits on 80 acres and is 98% leased to several national tenants like Nordstrom Rack, DSW and a new TJ Maxx/HomeGoods. With the addition of Pacific Commons, Vestar hired Jennifer Duarte as GM for the asset.
