Opera's Fancy Night Out

Last night, 200 of the city's most cultured 20- and 30-somethings threw on sparkles, plaid, and scarves and headed to Bergerac, one of the snazziest new bars, for the San Francisco Opera Bravo! Club holiday fete. One of its biggest advocates is a tenant broker: Dunhill Partners West SVP Benjamin Osgood (left), who co-chaired the party with writer S.B. Hadley Wilson. (In both opera and real estate, it's all about the view.) Benjamin, who came to Dunhill from NAI, says his boutique firm handles about 1M SF, repping notable addresses like 111 Pine and 388 Market.
