HFF closed the sale of The Waterfront at Harbor Bay in Alameda on behalf of an affiliate of private equity fund manager BPG Properties. Built in 2000 for Lucent Technologies, the suburban Class-A complex contains five office buildings and one industrial building, totaling more than 381k SF within the Harbor Bay Business Park. The property is 85% occupied. Steven Golubchik, Michael Leggett, and Gerry Rohm repped BPG. Marlon Brando is repped by CAA.
