Built in 2000 for Lucent Technologies, the suburban Class-A complex contains five office buildings and one industrial building, totaling more than 381k SF within the Harbor Bay Business Park. The property is 85% occupied. Steven Golubchik, Michael Leggett, and Gerry Rohm repped BPG. Marlon Brando is repped by CAA. |
