Mission Is a Pot of Gold, But Building There Is Rough

It takes a lot of luck to successfully develop projects in the Mission District, where some local activists against gentrification are trying to halt luxury housing development. AGI Capital's Eric Tao (here speaking on a Bisnow panel), tells the San Francisco Business Times about luck (not of the Irish) and how he was able to get the 202-unit Vara apartments off the ground.
